Description
An assortment of Bay City Rollers clippings and posters from all the pop mags of the 70's including Tiger Beat, 16, Oh Boy, FAB 208, Scream, Sweet, Spunky, Supersonic, TV Week, Australian Women's Weekly - they're all there. Also newspaper clippings from the lads Australian tours. All the clippings have been carefully removed from their original paper scrapbooks and been lovingly restructured into 11 comb bound display folders. Four of the folders are A4 in size, the rest are foolscap. The folders vary from 20 to 30 sleeves. All but a couple of the folders are completely full, that is, two posters/articles back-to-back in each sleeve. Six of the folders, in picture 1, contain a mix of all band members. The other five relate specifically to individual members (or pairs). They have been titled 'Everything Eric', 'Lovable Longmuirs', 'Luscious Leslie', 'Wonderful Woody' and 'New boys - Ian and Pat'.
This is a great collection that has been thoughtfully put together. Wherever possible, like articles have been kept together. Where a series has appeared regularly in a magazine, they have been grouped together. Other items include advertisements for BCR merchandise, puzzles, quizzes, ads the Rollers appeared in, Top 40 chart listings.
Some rare articles/pictures include: a picture of the Dads of the BCR together in Roller gear, Derek and Alan at their sister's wedding, Radio One's (infamous) Fun Day at Mallory Park. The headlines are hillarious too!

Total weight of the books is about 4.5kg (9lb) so they might have to be shipped in two separate lots. I will do my best to use the most economical postage options.
Example of postage from Sydney to Perth is approx. $20. To Brisbane it is approx. $11. To Townsville it is approx. $17. Shipping in two 3kg satchels will be $18.
Postage overseas could be as high as $110 to UK/Europe, $80 to USA, $65 to Japan, $50 to New Zealand. Please be aware of this before bidding.
