Miles Davis and The Modern Jazz Giants. Both labels have 2-3 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J. address; same address a the bottom of the back cover. Deep groove. Side A has 2 takes of "Bags' Groove" with leader, Davis, trumpet; Milt Jackson, vibes; Thelonious Monk, piano; Percy Heath, bass; Kenny Clarke, drums. Recorded in 1954. Side B, 4 tracks, including 2 takes of "But Not For Me" with leader, Davis, trumpet; Sonny Rollins, tenor sax; Horace Silver, piano; Percy Heath, bass; Kenny Clarke, drums. Recorded in 1954.
Cover: VG 1" split at the corner top edge at the insert edge. 2" split on the top edge near the spine. Name of previous owner printed twice in the margin of the back cover. Light aging on the back cover.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. Possibly played only a very few times. No markings on the vinyl surface. 4 or 5 light clicks throughout the entire record. Very close to Mint in condition. Audibly checked.
