On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called 'Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band' and is a 1967 MONO UK 1st pressing!!!! HOWEVER THIS MONO 1ST PRESSING REALLY IS EXTRA SPECIAL!!!! IT IS ONE OF THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP WITH A MEGA RARE 'WIDE SPINE' 1ST PRESS MONO COVER!!!! MONO 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP ARE ALWAYS MUCH MORE SOUGHT AFTER WITH A 'WIDE SPINE' 1ST PRESS COVER - AS IT WAS CHANGED VERY EARLY ON AND SHOWS THAT THIS COPY WAS ONE OF THE VERY EARLIEST MONO 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND IS 100% COMPLETE WITH A 1ST PRESS 'WIDE SPINE' MONO COVER, ITS ORIGINAL 'DARKER GREEN' 1ST PRESS 'CUT-OUT' INSERT, ITS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS RED/WHITE INNER SLEEVE (BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN), AND ITS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS MONO RECORD!!!! THIS IS A BRILLIANT COPY OF ONE OF THE VERY EARLIEST MONO 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LEGENDARY LP!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL MONO UK 1st pressing from 1967 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! This is an ORIGINAL 1st Pressing with a Yellow & Black Label, 'Sold in the UK' text, and the 'Gramophone Company' edge text. The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl (probably the thickest pressing of this LP I have EVER seen). The matrix numbers are XEX 637-1 & XEX 638-1. The stamper codes are 4/GGT & 2/MAG. The Cat. No is PMC 7027 on the ORIGINAL Yellow & Black Parlophone label (see picture) and is a MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few of the lightest spindle marks!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!! TAKE A LOOK AT THE RECORD LABELS!!!! THESE ARE SIMPLY SUPERB!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only a couple of TINY hairlines, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! IT HAS A 'JET BLACK' LOOK AND THE RECORD SHINES LIKE NEW!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO nasty loud pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!! The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 'Psych' inner which is in PERFECT condition!!!! The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'darker' colour 'cut-out' insert is in PERFECT uncreased condition and has clearly NEVER been removed from the cover!!!! The MEGA RARE Gatefold Flipback WIDE SPINE Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear, only a few light creases (Cover is still flat looking) and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the inside of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition wh NO writing, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!! There is also NO splits, NO rips, and NO tears!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND TO FIND A 'WIDE SPINE' 1ST MONO PRESSING OF THIS LP!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY!!!!
