TOMORROW
"Tomorrow"
The mega-rare 1967 killer pre-YES album with guitarist Steve Howe, and 'featuring' Keith West. Original 1967 LP's on Parlophone are extremely rare and the MONO LP is even harder to come by. I have no information on when THIS pressing was issued or if it came out of EMI or not, but it is a STUNNING full 14-track limited edition, way out of print.
Has all the original '67 front and back cover art, TEXTURED cover with classic UK flip-back cover construction, and comes with an amazing 19-1/2" x 27-1/2" 'chrome foil & white' poster of what I assume is based either on the 1967 store display poster or perhaps there was a poster issued for the original album? At any rate this is a UK MONO exact reissue of that classic LP with a super cool poster.
TRACKS:
- My White Bicycle
- Colonel Brown
- Claremont Lake
- Real Life Permanent Dream
- Shy Boy
- Am I Glad To See You
- The Incredible Journey Of Timothy Chase
- Auntie Mary's Dress Shop
- Strawberry Fields Forever
- Three Jolly Little Dwarfs
- Now Your Time Has Come
- Hallucinations
- Blow Up
Perhaps The Beatles could have taken a tip from TOMORROW and realized that yes, it WAS possible to do justice to 'Strawberry Fields' on stage. Howe continued the Beatles' connection on the first YES album by covering "Every Little Thing" with even more of a progressive twist.
I've showed this to a number of dealers who like myself had never seen it before. A truly GORGEOUS reissue/repro, whatever it is, it's GREAT.
