TITLE/ARTIST: Welcome to rogersrecords---your Ebay site for rare and great condition 1950's-60's LP's and 45's. This really  rare, unusual, and presumably super collectible, Elvis Presley LP is on a white labeled,  Special Armed Forces Label (apparently anyway---please read on) and is entitled "Elvis' Gold Records, Vol 4" on side 1---and "Who Will Answer" by Ed Ames on Side 2. It certainly appears to be a very rare and unusual Elvis find which must have been specially made for our servicemen, and their airwaves, at one time or another!!  This "Armed Forces Radio And Television Service" record contains 6 Elvis songs on Side 1 and 6 Ed Ames songs on Side 2, and is on the white, (possibly promo?), label with "Station Library" clearly printed on the label as well (see pics below). It even comes with the special inner sleeve that lists this piece as being the "Property Of United States Government" which is also pictured below! I honestly have no idea where or when I ever got this LP, but it certainly looks very interesting! Please view all the pics below, read about the LP's condition, and judge everything for yourself. LABEL INFO: As mentioned above it is on the original, white label, Armed Services Label, P-10758, and in my opinion, the label is in very good shape, although it does show signs of decent air play. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is really shiny and clean, but does have numerous surface and paper lines throughout which effects it's appearance only---not it's sound or play, as I listened to it to be sure. There are some light popping sounds and other expected background noises on the record, but for the most part they are only heard in the dead wax areas---the music plays loud and clear. JACKET INFO: This jacket---although not being of the primary concern here---is a simple, plain white LP jacket, on which someone has written the LP's title on each side in magic marker. If one chose to do so, the jacket could easily be replaced since it is so plain in nature. INTERESTING FACTS: It's my guess that you just won't see this rare Elvis piece out there, in ANY kind of condition, ever again so please have at it. In addition, I have listed---and will continue to do so---other LP's and EP's by Elvis, The Beatles, Fats Domino, Charlie Featrhers, Duane Eddy, Dion and many, many other 50-60's artists----even some rare C&W too. I am slowly selling off my personal collection, and there are many more LPs, EPs and 45's to get to yet. Many of these still to be listed LPs and EPs are quite rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in great shape (in fact, most are near mint).
