THE BEATLES :- Sgt Pepper - UK Yellow / Black label PMC 7027 MONO LP with laminated Gatefold Sleeve , with Sgt Pepper Card , with correct 1969 Sepia coloured EMI Liner Sleeve

A very hard to find 1969 pressing that OMITS the 'Sold In The UK Subject To Resale Price Conditions , See Price Lists' centre of label print . EMI dropped the fixed price scheme in August 1969 - only a small amount of late 1969 Yellow / Black label pressings were made before the change to the Silver / Black one box EMI logo pressings ....

The -1 / -1 matrix disc has light surface use , just one light mark on side one ........ Bright , clean labels , light spindle use only ..... Plays very well indeed : Gradedat Very Near EXCELLENT condition.

The sleeve has light use ...... Bright , crisp and clean... very minor edge rub : EXCELLENT condition.

The Cut Out Card is in EXCELLENT condition.

I usually start auctions at a low price to generate interest in bidding

All items are graded Audio / Visually , and played on a high grade system

Please feel able to bid with confidence , as a collector myself I understand the requirements in the gradings of discs and sleeves , and how important it is to recieve items in the condition as advertised

I grade items ( using the UK Record Collector Grading System) beneath a light , to be sure of condition

I do not believe it is necessary to use the eBay buzzwords such as STUNNING !! RARE !! AWESOME !! , padded out with grossly long winded 'descriptions' ..... Many of the 'experts' who use this method of selling also add technical information , which is totally unfounded and does not correspond with the actual facts , and would be laughable but for the fact it is totally misleading. I take time and care to graded items correctly , and only list quality records , with concise , accurate grading descriptions

I have been a lifelong music fan , my first concert visit was in 1957 (Birmingham Town Hall Skiffle Contest !) and have bought records of all the great music since 1959 , and had the privelege of seeing most of the great artists 'live' ( I saw The Beatles twice and Segovia !)

I began selling professionally in 1976 , and have a wide knowledge of the items I sell (and always learning !) having bought copies of my own at time of issue , always being interested in the sleeve , label and disc variations. If you have any queries , I will do my best to answer correctly

The discs are placed seperately from the sleeves within the package to avoid splitting or damage . Items are sent promptly - usually within one working day of payment .
