This package includes a beautiful example of an authentic 1966 Scranton Mono Butcher Cover with its removed Trunk Slick, Mono record, inner sleeve, COA and free packet of Butcher related info. This is an awesome offering due to the quality of the peel, the overall condition of the jacket and quality of the complete package as a whole.
The quality of this peel places this particular jacket into the top of all mono high end peels. This is a gorgeous peel.

Specific Condition Details
Overall, this is another gorgeous peel which anyone would be proud to own. Just compare this peel to what you usually find out there offered for sale in this price range. No large tears or damage to this cover that you generally see on 3rd states that are offered for sale. Capitol glue lines/touch up is very minimal.
Top seam is complete with just a little 1/4 " crack on the left end. Bottom seam had a beginning crack of a few inches in the center that was secured to prevent spreading and a few tiny end cracks as well. Likewise, the spine is complete with most writing legible but there is some cracking and checking throughout (see spine photo) and the spine has been neatly secured to prevent any spread of spine cracks. The back of the jacket has a few small stains and a checkmark on the song "Day Tripper". Please see all photos for confirmation of all of these specific condition descriptions.
Please note that we strictly advise against placing and storing the record in a jacket of this age.
Comes with an original goldenrod colored 1966 inner sleeve. A nice clean Scranton Mono record in VG++ condition (visual grade with minor scratches) is included. The trunk slick is included as shown in framable condition with light wrinkling/wear/tear from the peeling process and a corner stain in the bottom left edge of the trunk slick.
Also included in this sale is a Certificate Of Authenticity which certifies not only the authenticity and chain of custody of the item, but a certification of the peeling process. Buyer will also receive a package of fun information about the Butcher Cover.
It should be emphasized that Butcher Covers of this quality and grade are highly desired by collectors and are genuinely scarce in this condition.

This item is an original and genuine 1966 3rd State (Peeled) used example of the legendary Butcher Cover. This item is guaranteed to be an authentic 1966 jacket and pressing. Purchaser understands that this is a used item and therefore we request that that all photos be clearly examined prior to bidding. Given the fact that this item has been professionally peeled and altered from a 2nd state (unpeeled) condition to a 3rd state (peeled) example, this item has condition elements that reflect the process of treatment and restoration of the item when it was glued at the Capitol factory in 1966 as well as conditional elements from the actual peeling process. These elements generally involve mild glue lines that were made at the pressing plant when the trunk cover was pasted over but also may include some minor restorative issues from the removal process. This is not a new item but a used one that has been restored through a tedious and careful process.
