Still sealed White Album on White Vinyl!
I used the Goldmine grading scale and I am being very conservative by pointing out each and every flaw. If this means the item sells for less, so be it; however, I would much prefer to have a happy customer who has a clear understanding of what they are buying than an upset customer who feels like they bought something and didn’t get the product in the described condition. In other words—bid with confidence—what you see and read is what you are bidding on.
I rate the overall content as Near Mint. There is the purple and white sticker advertising two discs and the price sticker from MusicLand where I bought it in 1978. There are no holes in the shrink wrap.
I cut a slit on the opening to verify the records are white vinyl. There is enough shrinkwrap intact to verify it is still sealed.
Because the record remains sealed, slight ring wear has formed on the album cover, thus necessitating a Near Mint rating. To be honest, I'd like to see one of these particular copies that remained sealed that didn't cause ring wear. Still, this causes the overall rating to fall to Near Mint.
