Record Collector Magazine Grading System MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

label: The original private label it's in very nice conditions with just a couple of spindle marks for each side and nothing else so VG++
cover: The cover  it's unlaminated and plain white with just the name on group name, five black white photos on back with group members names...just a minimal wear  so a very conservative VG++..
vinyl: The Vinyl look well and I can't see marks...it's shining so EX,
review: I'm in ebay most of my time and in the records collecting since more than 35 years and I love the folk music especially the acid and psychedelic folk but also something of traditional folk if we speak of very inspired music with modern arrangements maybe with a beautiful female vocal too but I know that 90% of traditional music it's unnecessary especially when buyed for expensive prices, I have see 400 pounds  offered for rare records but absolutelly rubbish so I'll appreciate if when you came across my folk auctions do you remember that for me the folk it's a very loved music and I don't offer rubbish for gold and if in dubt please ask and I let you know my super honest collector opinion.
Here on offer a record that doesn't had the minimal commercial success despite the really high level of his folk rock and I wonder to know how many folk collectors know it...my opinion it's very few but I'm here for to help you ...don't worry ( I joke!)....In a scale from 1 to 10 this is an album that deserve maybe an 8 ... if you like the folk rock of course!  Barry Wickens seems to be the twin of Dave Swarbrick at least to my ears, Maureen Carter voice it's magnificent and  there are great Electric Guitar solos too..of Kevin McCabe I suppose but the most important it's the musical arrangements for a folk rock performance that has very few equals...This is a privatelly pressed record and I don't know how many copies has been pressed but no more than few hundreds of course so I hope you are open to well consider his value... don't miss!
