Record Collector Magazine Grading System MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

label: The original private label it's in very nice conditions with just a couple of spindle marks for each side and nothing else so VG++
cover: The cover  it's full laminated and denotes the normal light wear of a well keeped record so VG++ it's the more appropiate grade. There's a small writing on the left upper corner too.
vinyl: The Vinyl look well and I can't see marks...it's shining so EX.
review: I'm in ebay most of my time and in the records collecting since more than 35 years and I love the folk music especially the acid and psychedelic folk but also something of traditional folk if we speak of very inspired music with modern arrangements maybe with a beautiful female vocal too but I know that 90% of traditional music it's unnecessary especially when buyed for expensive prices, I have see 400 pounds  offered for rare records but absolutelly rubbish so I'll appreciate if when you came across my folk auctions do you remember that for me the folk it's a very loved music and I don't offer rubbish for gold and if in dubt please ask and I let you know my super honest collector opinion.
Here on offer a record that I feel not so well known and this is basically because no copies turns up on the collecting market...this is a very rare album and it's the second of this great vocalist. The first one on Achor was pressed in USA where she have travelled since the 1970 when she made her first major tour of American Universities, working alonside people such as Gordon Lightfoot, Paul Simon, Everly Brothers and Crosby Stills Nash & Young. This lp has done after she come back in UK in some hundreds of copies for this british private press and musicaly it's very similar to Catherine Howe "What A Beautiful Place" on Reflection, that now it's maybe one of the coolest folk album in the collecting market but five years ago I have worked hard to sell it  for the price he deserved and now he sell for over 1000 pounds ...probably just because her previous lps are absolutelly commons and very cheap...here it's the same situation  now...her first it's common but not this one... Believe me the voice of AJ it's fantastic, the arrangement are melodic and nostalgic and in the same way of Catherine...his voice it's like the honey in the milk and she plays the 6 and 12 strings guitar plus the recorder and it's backed by  a string quartet too plus Harmonium, Glockenspiel, electric guitar and more for a really perfect musical performance and refined arrangements...."Old Fashioned Love", "Child Of This Land",  "Oceans Away" or "Tears" are magnificents and can't be improved...  this is a rare opportunity to get a very nice copy with Gundog promo sheet and a Promo photo.... don't miss this opportunity!!!
