Description
This is a lovely 1st pressing copy of the the rare 1971 eponymous Folk-Rock LP, Tudor Lodge.
If you're looking at and reading this, you very likely don't need to hear more than that - it's a collectors item - give it a Google otherwise!
Please read my further info at the bottom for bidding or contacting me regarding the item.
Matrices:
A: 3 6360043 1Y// 420
B: 11 3 04 6360043 2Y//1 420
The disc (as of writing this) is untested but with no marks of concern, some very minor dust marking, but viewing it in reasonable sunlight (weather currently pouring) I only note one small unfeelable hairline on the the last track of side B and some tiny scrape-marks on the last track of side A; only really noticeable because they start in the runout under the matrix. The label is pristine. As it stands I'd visually have to call it EX (arguably NM, clearly seen minimal playtime).
The pictures supplied are prior to any cleaning processes, the dust on it is due to storage; I haven't had time to test the disc prior to listing but will endeavour to do so later in the week due to the value, but I expect absolutely no issues given the visual condition - hence the low starting price as good faith of that at this time.
The textured sleeve is externally clean and has one tiny dent in the lower left corner, some general wear on the corners, some small creases around the sides and some minor mottled-staining on the picture rear. I've graded VG - but it's aged very inoffensively to look at.
The large-swirl inner has browned and the poly is starting to come clear of the glue (as many of the Vertigo sleeves often do) with some small staining, but otherwise undamaged - just aged.
This is a great example of a highly desirable 1st pressing, so grab a classic rarity album on LP!

FYI:
This item is being sold on behalf of a client, whom has been collecting some 50 years; LPs have been bare on a wooden shelf and reflect that on the sleeve edges.
I have experience with the online sale and handling of records and therefore aim to ensure accuracy in grading - I visually grade unless I can feel a mark which warrants further play-testing.
Most of the items I sell are on behalf of clients, so while some discs have very minor marks, they could have groove build-up due to not having been out in years. I hand-clean with Isopropyl solution and a microfibre (and then test where needed), but some resulting minor background crackle is not unusual and normally remedied with a further session on a professional-grade cleaning machine!
Starting-prices have been chosen competitively given Discogs and Popsike, and items will be safely packaged for postage; with discs firstly decanted into new separate inners, that inner and the sleeve then being placed in a new plastic outer sleeve and then shipped using professional grade record-mailers.
1) Due to the value of the LP I'll only be sending this fully insured, international bidders please contact me for a specific postage quotation prior to making payment. (I reserve the right to request tracked and insured postage only on high-value items.)
2) No offers unless enabled on the listing please - I'm selling under client instruction.
3) Static build-up is a natural part of transit given atmospherics, friction and the makeup of poly-sleeves. Please be sure to clean the record before complaining about static on the disc when first playing it.
Estimate postage costs (subject to additional international destination-dependant insurance added):
12" to UK (signed for 2nd Class) £4.50
7" or 12" to UK (Special Delivery): £10
12" Signed & Tracked to Europe: £12
All Rest Of World Signed & Tracked: £20

I have since done some mild testing, having played through the small hairline without any issue whatsoever.
I have not fully cleaned the disc, as I was inadvertently out of fresh microfibres, however having initially played a minute of the 1st track of side A without cleaning; there is some minimal background noise - which I am confident is due to a very fine layer of dust visible on the disc. I am fully confident this will be resolved with a proper clean, and would grade it a solid VG+/EX in current state. I will endeavour to clean it further myself before shipping, but regardless I feel that is a reasonable assessment of what is being purchased.
