Description
Just recently I bought a massive collection of 60's and 70's LPs...some are in surprisingly immaculate condition, and some are not, but the original owner (a well-respected Australian vinyl hoarder) was a fastidious collector of the styles he loved - 60's punk/garage, British invasion well-knowns [Beatles/Hollies/Dave Clark 5/Gerry & The Pacemakers/Zombies/Troggs/etc..], 70's West Coast sounds, pop-psych and he'd obviously forraged far and wide since there's a flurry of unique South American, New Zealand, South African, Japanese releases amongst them all

In the United States the "VIGIL" album came out under the title: ‘Falling Off The Edge Of The World’. For this LP, the American version was much closer to the U.K. release. The difference being: two songs were deleted from the track listing to accommodate the U.S. record companies' requirements to keep an LP under 12 songs (this was to avoid paying extra royalties). ‘Sha La La’ and ‘We All Live Happily Together’ were the two that met with United Artists’ axe.

CONDITION:
COVER: ( VG++ )...has scuffing and minor damage on the spine, and just scuffing on the top and bottom seams (see pix), plus the beginnings of ringwear...
RECORD: ( M- )...looks so close to as shiny and clean as the day it was pressed...simply beautiful!!...
LABELS: (Side One: MINT / Side Two: MINT )...has NO spindle marks on the labels at all!...looks like it's never been played...
