Description

This is a Mono 3rd State Butcher cover only. Aside from the peel attempt, the cover is a solid VG with a dinged upper left corner, and some edge wear on the upper seam where about an inch in the center is chipping although not yet split. Some light foxing and spotting on the rear.
As for the peel attempt, there are a few tiny sections where both layers were peeled off, but for the most part, there are still quite a few sections where the upper layer is still partially affixed to the cover. With the proper method and technique, I'm sure that the remainder can be safely removed to improve the condition.
