Description

The Beatles "Yesterday And Today" mono 2nd state "butcher cover" Capital records T2553. This is a very nice 2nd state version of this classic record with Ringo's black turtleneck clearly visible through the pasted on cover. I'd grade the cover as VG with the only real flaws on the front cover being the slight removal of an about 1" strip of the past over at the upper left corner and some discoloration of the white background. The cover has a nice shine to it. The back shows some ring wear and discoloration as well. The seams are intact though there is some edge wear along the top and bottom. The lettering along the spine is very legible. This is an RIAA 6 version. The vinyl shows some scratching and I would rate it between VG and G. The run out groves are T-1- 2553-F 23 (Side 1) and T-2-2553-G-20 (Side 2). This does not contain the original inner sleeve but rather a plastic inner sleeve. Given the cost of this item, International deliveries will be by USPS Express Mail International which will afford insurance and tracking of this item. This will cost $30 to Canada and $40 to the rest of the world. US domestic shipping will be $4 via media mail and I will include confirmation and insurance. Item will ship in a well padded and secure standard LP mailer. Payment due within 4 days of the auction close.
