Description

Very rare US Beatles Mono Cover 2nd State  "Yesterday and Today"  The "Butcher" Cover

Release date: June 1966.

Ringo's Black "V" Neck Showing in scan

 Cover in one piece. No separation.

 Rear of cover has some writing and results of handling and storage over the last 50+ years.

Includes the recall letter from Capitol, Original Vinyl and Capitol Sleeve, Vinyl is VG+ 

This cover was manufactured in the Los Angeles pressing plant as indicated by the small 6 next to the logo on the back bottom right hand of the cover.  I have peeled a lot of 2nd state, I was preparing to peel this cover, so it has a laminate over the front cover. It actually enhances the appearance and you can see the "V" more clearly. So if you want to peel you are ready to go.
