Description

Rubber Soul pressing on the UK Parlophone label from 1965. Matrix -5/-5. The record comes housed in its original cover printed by Garrod & Lofthouse. Also included is the original Emitex inner sleeve.
Vinyl (Ex) Has been well cared for and has clearly only seen light use. Both side remain shiny like new and under close inspection there are only a couple of very light marks. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with fantastic clarity. There is one small mark in 'Wait' which causes a couple of light crackles, but other than that playback really is of a very high standard. These -5/-5 copies do have a fantastic sound quality - beautiful full range with bags of detail. If you want to hear this LP in all its original Mono glory do seriously consider this copy.
Cover (Ex-) Again, has been well cared for with only minor signs of wear. There are a couple of creases and a couple of small lifts in the laminate on the front, but really nothing noticeable. The rear remains relatively free from ageing with only a couple of light marks evident. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity and is only showing a little bit of edge wear at the bottom right corner. The text on the spine is fully intact. A fantastic example of an early cover.
Inner (Ex-) Looks in good condition. One tiny split otherwise in great condition.
