Description

An original 2nd press of Revolver on the UK Parlophone label. Matrix 2/2. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original G&L cover. Also included is the original 'patents applied for' inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Vg/Vg+) In nice condition despite having seen a moderate level of use. Please note there are a couple of semi-feelable marks on side 2 which sound [details below]. So, do have a think as to whether that's something you can live with before reading on. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly VERYGOOD+ level of playback with a couple of deviations. By and large a decent player that will play-through without serious fault. But this copy is never going to make the top grades so would suit someone who can appreciate an original copy, and accept a few faults - at this price. Many tracks play back fine without major issues. But I will detail a few of the tracks where there are a couple of issues. 'Got To Get You Into My Life' & 'I Want To Tell You' - there are a couple of small but feelable marks. It's fully tested and will play through, but expect some clicking and a few crackles in these tracks. Back on side 1 a couple of the tracks are exhibiting a bit of light static. Nothing invasive, but audible all the same. These tracks are 'Submarine' & 'Here. There...'..To be honest these tracks often have some background. Overall still a very decent player, but you would need to be able to compromise on those points I have mentioned.
Cover (Vg+) In very nice condition with a lovely white front cover - unlike may examples that surface these days. Please note there's a bit of creasing at the bottom left corner - but it's not all that bad. The rear looks clean and unaged - no issues. Edge wear is light and the spine is pretty much all intact. Overall the cover still retains very good rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Light ageing. No splits or markings.
