Description
The Victims 45rpm 7" vinyl single in custom stamped white sleeve, private limited release by The Victims in 1977. This is a No Label Release, has matrix number on labels: MX46813 and MX46814. Title: "Television Addict" c/w "Flipped Out over you". No production or engineering credits, but songs credited to The Victims as an Australian Composition without stating publishing control.
Inner groove matrix stamps are on one side SMX46813 with a '2A' at 9 o'clock. The other side grove stamp is SMX46814 with a '2A' at roughly 7 o'clock position. There seem to be 2 faint dots in front of the 2A's.
The cover sleeve seems to be hand stamped, especially rare is the presumably deliberate flipping of the red letters in 'flipped' and 'over', making it spell 'FLIPVED' and 'OPER', making this an almost unique, presumably ultra rare version of this record and sleeve.
The vinyl is near mint, not scratched or warped. The sleeve is thin paper, not torn or written on, shows signs of being stored since purchased new at the time of release in form of pressmarks. Shipping in protected wrap, registered and insured mail or pick-up by arrangement.
