THE VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO Lou Reed MONO 1st U.S. pressing featuring uncensored back cover featuring Eric Emerson. Test played all the way through, solid copy of this seminal album featuring a strong and loud west coast pressing sound that differs from the East coast pressings.
Vinyl in VG with several light marks/scuffs that create some crackle/pops that do not overwhelm the music. No skips on my system, loud and punchy sound!
Cover in VG with 3" split on top seam near the opening, seam wear, the stem of the banana is missing (very common for this album), the banana is starting to come off on the top and bottom. Some rubbing/ring wear, small "x" written in blue ink on back cover. There is a printing defect where the cover slick was put on wrong that makes the spine print appear on the front cover instead of the spine.
