This is the original 1970s USA first pressing on AMBROTYPE Records (1174). It is NOT a reissue, fake, counterfeit or later pressing. This is their last LP and by far their rarest. It's the one with the white cover (with the black and white photo of Chris, Sandy and Ellen on the front). They produced it themselves and issued it on this private press label after being let go by their major label. It contains no "hits" but I've heard that the music is up to their usual high standards for exquisite harmonies and tight production. Consists almost entirely of original songs.... pop-psych and sunshine pop in the same vein as THE LOVE GENERATION, THE MAMAS & THE PAPAS, THE ASSOCIATION, ORPHEUS, THE EIGHTH DAY, SAGITTARIUS and THE 5TH DIMENSION. This is kind of a local record, being issued and partially recorded in Rochester NY -the next city.

CONDITION:
STILL SEALED! Original FACTORY sealed (not a resealed LP!) with breathe holes in shrink. Cover is Near Mint. No cutouts or drillholes. One corner has a TINY bit of wear, just to the very tip (where shrinkwrap seperated for 1/3 of an inch). Otherwise it is MINT... the other three corners are sharp and perfect ... all seams and spine have no pre-splits or wear of any type... the front and back are still bright white.
I grade using Goldmine terms, VERY CONSERVATIVELY... no "eBay grading" here. If you're not familiar with us, please check our feedback before bidding!

Yes, although this rarely turns up on eBay (or anywhere...) I DO know there is currently a sealed copy being offered with a Minimum Bid of $440. Well, I knew it was rare but...! Anyway, I figured I'll let YOU decide what it's really worth.
