THE STRANGLERS "Peaches/Go Buddy Go" 7" 1977 UA Holland Unique Picture Sleeve On Dutch Release
I bought this one in Amsterdam in the summer of 1977 and put it in a hard plastic sleeve. That means the surface and edges are in great condition - although being in a box in a storage room since 1984 has caused some ringwear to the top right quarter and some of the bottom right quadrent. See the close up photos where I added red boxes to outline the ringwear. There is a scuff on both sides. I listened to "Peaches" and heard some light surface noise on the opening riff which "disappeared" when the rest of the instrumentation started. Then there were three faint ticks. On "Go Buddy Go" there is again some surface noise during the intro but is covered by the band when the song kicks in. No clicks.
