The Old Man and the Sea, first and only LP from this great, legendary Denmark psych-prog band, Sonet records SLPS 1539, made in Denmark 1972.Although the music has similarities to bands like King Crimson, The Nice, YES and ELP, it is also quite unique in sound and expression, with jazzy arrangements ang lengthy spaced out guitar solos.
THIS ALBUM WAS REALEASED IN 500 COPIES AND HAS BEEN A WORLDWIDE COLLECTOR´S ITEM FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS! Bootlegs, various reprints not authorized by the band or the original record company, have long been flooding the market at high prices per record. THIS COPY IS ONE THE 500 ORIGINAL COPIES EXISTING WORLDWIDE, and it is in EXCELLENT condition!! Cover has a little storage & handling wear, and a minute signature on the inside of the gatefold cover, and on the label (see scans). Labels and vinyls are EXCELLENT, the record has obviously been cared very well for, and probably not been played very much. There is absolute no background noise of any kind to be heard.BID NOW!
