According to one of the top DAMNED collectors I have been assured that the "A" above the label text signifies this to be a promotional or demo copy.
The A-side label has a FACTORY SAMPLE sticker on it.  There is another FACTORY SAMPLE sticker on the back of the picture cover (see scans provided).
Original UK 7" VINYL  The vinyl is in VERY GOOD CONDITION and the PICTURE COVER is in NEAR EXCELLENT CONDITION. Very little wear to the picture cover.
