Description
Something Else by The Kinks, their MONO vinyl album from 1967 . This is a rare find and in VG+/EX condition. On the pink PYE label (NPL.18193) and with matrices:
NMPL18193A-1*M
NMPL18193B-1*M (following this is a scratched out matrix of MPL18193B-1*M)
The vinyl itself is in VG+ condition and has retained a nice even gloss with no dull areas. There are light scratches and hairlines but these are few and have no effect on sound quality which was excellent and played without faults. Normal, minimal crackle during the runins and between tracks. Labels are intact. There are light spindle marks on both labels but no damage.
Outer sleeve is excellent. Strong and stiff with no major damage. Some pitting on the opening edges and minor scuffing on the edges and corners. A light crease on the top left hand corner and slight grubbiness from age. These are all minor points and overall an excellent looking sleeve.

I grade all of my records according to The Record Collector Magazines grading system.
I always test play my records on a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Turntable with Ortofon cartridge stylus unless they are in near mint/ mint condition and appear unplayed but the description will state this. I don't sell records with deep scratches or marks that affect the sound quality and enjoyment.
All of our Vinyl is professionally cleaned using a Pro-Ject VC-S record cleaning machine.
The record is then packaged in a protective anti static sleeve and then posted in a robust top of the range custom cardboard record mailer.
