THE BEATLES - 'HEY JUDE'/'REVOLUTION'
No 'A' label promos of this single were produced, so this 'Factory Sample' disc is the closest we can get to a promo disc
This early copy is on the dark green Apple Records label (R 5722) with a genuine EMI 'Factory Sample' sticker on the 'Hey Jude' label
A 'KJT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the 'Revolution' label
Mono matrices: 7XCE 21185-1 & 7XCE 21186-1
Stamper codes: 1/AO & 1/RT
Housed within its original black glossy Apple company sleeve

Both are clean & bright with just a handful of light spindle trails around the 'Revolution' centre hole
Visual: EXCELLENT
Clean, deep-gloss playing surfaces where the only noticeable mark in strong daylight is a light fingernail scuff line on the 'Hey Jude' side. Closer inspection directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp reveals no further significant visual blemishes
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT
Little played and the sound throughout is clean & unworn with just a touch of low-level vinyl background on the 1st verse of 'Hey Jude'. The immense mono mix of 'Revolution' is an experience in itself and the only way to hear this track
