Description
Up for auction is Thomas L. Clear TLC 2579, a 2-disc set entitled The Bustabo Legacy.
Rare set limited to 250 copies, no further pressings made. Issued circa 1973.
The set contains transfers of all Guila Bustabo's 78 rpm recordings (see scans for details). Also included is a live performance of the Max Bruch violin concerto with Mengelberg conducting the Concertgebouw Orch. Set comes with a pamphlet of notes.
The gatefold sleeve has a bit of wear and soiling, but is otherwise in Very Good condition. Discs have a couple of harmless light marks, and look to be otherwise in N- condition.
