Description
ARTIST: The Chantels
TITLE: Indian Giver b/w It's Just Me
LABEL: Verve Special Disc Jockey Record VK-10435
DATE: 1966
FORMAT: 45 rpm
CONDITION OF LABEL: A-side label shows some discoloration (presumably) from stamping, there is a tiny name ('TIM') written in pen at bottom left of spindle hole.
CONDITION OF VINYL: There is a single, tiny eighth-inch (1/8") hairline crack on the outer edge of dead wax leader (curves about half way into dead wax on both sides), NOT on music, does NOT effect play or cueing on either side. A-side (Indian Giver) vinyl is VG++, retains high blackness and shine, very light sleeve-type scuffs/any imperfections in record are insignificant/do not noticeably sound…this side is explosive and plays BEAUTIFULLY (Stanton 681EEE cartridge w/ new stylus used to play test). B-side ballad ('It's Just Me') is more like VG, some imperfections.
Records are graded based on Goldmine standards.
