THE BEATLES RUBBER SOUL LP - *CORRECT MIX* 1965/ XEX 579-5/ PMC 1267
Description
According to this reliable website (http://www.jpgr.co.uk/pcs3075.html) the first release of this record contained an inferior, sub-standard mix and was quickly withdrawn, the second release mix faired no better as only one side was corrected and was also withdrawn, finally the third release contained the correct mix that the band wanted you to hear, the record i have for sale is the corrected third mix which was released in 1965. (please check my information at the webpage above)
Catalogue number/ matrix numbers: PMC 1267/ XEX 579- 5 ('2' stamped at 9 o'clock position)/ XEX 580-5.
Year: 1965.
Sound: Mono.
Record label: Parlophone.
Record condition: Both sides are in excellent condition, it has obviously been played but looks to have been very well looked after, there are no major scratches anywhere only very light ones visible under scrutiny. The labels are clean with no graffiti. (see photos)
Cover condition: The flip-back cover is in very good condition, there are a few nicks on the left in the middle (see photos) there is some wear around the edges but the front and back are incredibly clean with no graffiti or dirty marks. (see photos)
Inner sleeve condition - unfortunately the original 'emitex' inner sleeve is not present and the record is in a plain inner sleeve.
