Welcome to purplegallinule Records - I am a vinyl enthusiast and have been buying, selling and trading records since the mid-1970's. I am a collector myself and apply high standards to my vinyl and only ever sell records which I would be 100% happy to add to my own collection. 
All the records are wet vacuum and ultrasonically cleaned before being thoroughly play tested and housed in brand new high quality poly-lined inner and protective outer sleeves.
Although considerably more of a music fan than an expert, I know my way around records well enough to say that you can buy from me with confidence - all I would ask of you is for a chance to put things right in the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied.
All records are sent a.s.a.p. and packaged thoroughly in bespoke mailers with rigid card stiffeners to avoid any creasing or bumped corners and I am always happy to combine postage.

Simon and Garfunkel - 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' - CBS 'Half-Speed Mastered' vinyl album released in 1980 in excellent condition. The run outs are stamped HBL - 49914 - 1G / 1H.
The vinyl is in pretty immaculate condition with only the very lightest of wispy superficial hairlines, if any at all, visible in good light and this visual condition is well reflected in the delightfully detailed playback. 
The iconic sleeve is in excellent condition, just showing some shelf and lightish ringwear but as can hopefully be seen on the photos, still a very presentable sleeve.
There is an insert included carrying details of the production and manufacturing of these fabulous sounding half-speed mastered releases. 
I am listening to the often overlooked vocal masterpiece and side one closer, 'So Long, Frank Lloyd Wright' as I type this and have to say that this must be as beautiful a sounding a vinyl record as I've had the pleasure to have had on my turntable, these CBS half-speed mastered albums are just so delightfully clean and detailed.
