Description

An original 1st issue of BOTW on the UK CBS label whilst still charting. Matrix A5/B6. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in a front-laminated cover printed by Ernest J Day [per 1st issue]. Also included is the original S&G CBS advertising inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In superb condition and has only seen light to moderate use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks either side - nothing heavy though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback with one slight deviation. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is minimal and infrequent. All we could detect was a touch of light static in a couple of isolated moments [e.g. opening moments of BOTW] and then a couple of light ticks in the mid-section. But none of it is invasive or persistent. Providing you can live with that very minor aberration the remainder will knock your socks off....Just beautiful clean audio and some absolute classic songs!
Cover (Ex) In great shape and has been cared for down the years. A beautifully shiny front with barely a single crease. The rear is in excellent condition too with lightest handling. Edge wear is very light except for a tiny amount at the top of the opening edge, and the openings are still sharp. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity and is an impressive specimen.
Inner (Ex-) Lightest ageing. No splits.
