Description

A 10-song 7” 45 No Policy EP by State of Alert, aka S.O.A., a Washington D.C. hardcore band on Ian MacKaye’s Dischord Records label (cat. no. Dischord 2).  This features Henry Garfield, aka Henry Rollins, on vocals before he joined up with Black Flag. It was released shortly after Rollins/Garfield left S.O.A. for Black Flag. It is blistering DC straight-edge hardcore punk, well-recorded with sub-1 minute songs. Rollins is in great form.

It comes in a black and white picture sleeve, which holds the record in a plain white sleeve. It includes a lyric sheet insert.

The sleeve has some minimal creasing at the top. The record is in excellent shape and plays with barely any surface noise.
