I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A LARGE COLLECTION FROM AN OLD MUSIC INDUSTRY PERSON, THE COLLECTION INCLUDES MANY UNIQUE PROMOS, TEST PRESSINGS, WHITE LABELS, FIRST PRESSINGS AND ALL ORIGINAL AND IN NEAR MINT COLLECTION, OR EVEN UNPLAYED, BANDS LIKE: JOY DIVISION, U2, DEPECHE MODE, THE SMITHS, PAUL WELLER, OASIS, GARY NUMAN, SMASHING PUMPINKS ETC... SO KEEP WATCHING MY AUCTIONS OVER THE NEXT FEW WEEKS !!!
This is a RARE ORIGINAL UK 1993 FIRST PRESSING of THE PROMO ONLY ONE SIDED FIRST RELEASE from OASIS - "COLUMBIA (DEMO)" from 1993, ORIGINAL UK 1993 FIRST PROMO ONLY PRESSINGS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION AND A MUST !!! This is the RARE ORIGINAL 1993 FIRST UK PRESSING of the LEGENDARY FIRST RELEASE FROM OASIS, the "COLUMBIA (DEMO)", ONE SIDED PROMO ONLY of which ONLY 510 COPIES WERE MADE and sent to industry people, from which this copy came from. Not only that but this copy also comes with the ORIGINAL DIE CUT BLACK SLEEVE WITH THE RARE 2 PROMO STICKERS, one for contact for the promotions company and the other a short introduction to the band, THIS RARE SLEEVE WITH THE 2 PROMO STICKERS IS OFTEN MISSING FROM OTHER COPIES !!! This PROMO ONLY ONE SIDED 12" came out on CREATION RECORDS, catalogue number CTP 8. The matrix numbers are: SIDE 1: CTP 8A and DAMONT, SIDE 2 (WHICH IS BLANK): DAMONT AUDIO L.T.D. and again DAMONT AUDIO L.T.D.. The tracks are : COLUMBIA (DEMO) / SIDE 2 IS BLANK. The condition is: VINYL is in EX+++ / MINT- condition (PLAYED ONCE, one spindle mark !!!), ORIGINAL PROMO STICKERED DIE CUT BLACK SLEEVE is in EX++ condition (one tiny corner bend).
I ALSO HAVE ANOTHE RARE OASIS ITEM UP FOR SALE THIS WEEK SO PLEASE CHECK IT.
DON'T LET THIS RARE OASIS ORIGINAL UK FIRST PRESSING ONE SIDED PROMO ONLY 12" get away as you might NEVER see another one, especially in this NEAR MINT condition.
