Description

An original 1969 Decca unboxed copy -1st Press and highly sought after for audio. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original hex cover with the appropriate red mono hex inner. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex-) In great condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection there are a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a NEAREXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Plays lovely and clean - not perfectly...but mostly. You might detect a few crackles in a couple of spots per side. It plays clean even into the quiet segments. For the vintage and title...real nice. You'll be able to cracnk this one up and really get a feel for how powerful the Stones were in their heyday.
Cover (Vg+) Do not underestimate how hard this title is to find looking tidy. They are usually wrecked!! Some light ageing but pretty well turned out - crease running along the top edge [not a big probem]. The rear looks fab too - most are often very aged and look awful. The interior looks great with no issues.. And ...it looks tidy compared to the average copy. Spine is 80% intact with text 90% legible. The cover retains excellent rigidity.
