THE TEXAS SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY JAZZ ENSEMBLES "TRIBUTE" LP - On Advent Records, LP-1001. This is the original 1972 U.S. private pressing LP - NOT A MODERN REISSUE. Special guest Arnett Cobb on tenor sax and vocals by Anita Moore. Features the track "Compared To What?". This is the guaranteed original pressing!! Only a few hundred originals were made. The vinyl is in glossy VG to VG+ condition. The thick cardboard cover is in VG shape, has evidence of moisture contact along bottom of jacket, still displays ok. Bottom right corner is clear taped. NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. The jacket is even personally AUTOGRAPHED by Arnett Cobb on the front side!
