QUEEN A NIGHT AT THE OPERA
EMI 75 -6-5 Mr Blairs Cut Factory Sample LP
EMTC103
UK original with gatefold sleeve & card inner sleeve.
Has a factory sample "not for sale" sticker
on Side 2 label.
Generally the sleeve is very nr EX condition,
Inner sleeve has a slight split at centre
of bottom edge.
Labels are nr EX condition with a
few spindle marks.
Vinyl is generally very very nr EX to EX condition
but has a scuff covering most of Track 1 that
gives about 20 clicks, not really very loud when
the music cuts in but slightly noticeable at the
intro which is a real shame,
otherwise the album plays really well.

For accurate play grading (like all my records)
This record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable
fitted with a Goldring stylus,
Listened to through full range SD Acoustics speakers
that have superb response and definition on all frequencies,
with a Quad Amp set-up.
For accurate visual grade (like all my records)
This record has been professionally cleaned using an
Okki Nokki cleaning machine.
First clean with purified water and isopropanol alcohol and
finished off with L'art du son / purified water mix.
The alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have
from the manufacturing stage, this hides detail in the sound.
The l’art du son mix seems to smooth out any brittleness
in the alcohol water mix.
