Description
This is a fine original U.S. pressing copy of the eighteenth volume in the long running Pebbles series, released in 1985. The second installment in the sub-series The Continent Lashes Back (volume 15 was the first), this record widens its focus beyond the Netherlands, though about half its tracks hail from there, and several of the same groups are represented (the Outsiders, the Motions (two tracks), Q65, the Jay-Jays, the Phantoms). Also represented are Norway, Sweden (the Tages, British ex-pats the Dee Jays), Denmark, Germany, Austria, and Italy (another British ex-pat outfit, the Primitives). The jacket is close to pristine (M-). The disc is clean, and plays with minimal surface noise (not counting noise from source discs) (M-).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
