**UPDATE*** Due to many concerns over the playback, I went ahead and gave the record a light cleaning using "Lasting System 3 Cleaning Fluid" and record brush. It made a major difference , First the background noise is 80 to 90% less on both sides, the pops on side one are still present starting about 1:00 minute in and off and on until about approx. 1:45 with a couple light pops at end trail off.  The pops are very present in earphones, however they do not overtake the vocal, and live play or even recording playback does not produce as many noticeable pops. I have placed new audio files below, remember the pops on side 1 will be more noticeable when you playback live in headphones, then what you will hear on the audio file, the audio files are not mixed it is straight from record.  Side 2 is VG+ with no loud pops. Rare Record, you could wait and try to find a better copy, might never come?????? Return only if not as described.  I think i have been more than open about the record condition and sound.  Thanks....

Northern Soul 45 ~ Lonely Girl ~ Eric Mercury and the Soul Searchers on SAC ~ mp3 Listen Rare , hear the record on the attached mp3 files, no processing done. The record appears VG/VG+. NO SKIPS or Deep Scratches, It plays well, but has some pops/clicks in the center of side one, they do not over take the vocal, I did not clean the record, I will leave that up to the new owner, a good cleaning May clear up some of the pops, side 2 is very good. What you here on the mp3 is very close to in earphones playback. At a louder open volume the pops/ clicks on side one and the overall background noise greatly disappear.
