This was Nico's 2nd Solo Lp after The Velvet Underground. 
It was Produced by fellow VU member, John Cale.
This is a very dense recording thick with Cale's Layered arrangements.
It did not sell, but found a cult following in the 70's and on.....
Super hard to find a clean 1st press.
