NM- Bill Wilson Made in the USA U.S.A. Indiana Bloomington Mellencamp WLP Redbud
From a collection of early Jazz Folk and Soul LP's all in exceptional or un-played condition. Please see my other listings. While some of these records have cover wear (most are 40+ years old), the vinyl itself is in exceptional condition, and played rarely, if at all. I also have a sealed copy for $125. just ask.
NM- Top Copy Still in Shrink. Shrink is 90%. IMHO Wilson is a yet to be recognized folk genius. This is the rarest of all of his great recordings.
Truly historic, collectible and important record. Vinyl like this is as much an investment as it is an enjoyment.
No cut out, no punch out, no cut corner, no writing, no names, no funkiness, no stains, no smell, and nothing else worth mentioning that would detract from the cover.
Cover: With this many pics, I do not grade covers. Look at the pics and decide for yourself. I can say colors are right, and there is no shrink wrap. There are no big scratches or marks on the cover, save for a small area of stain in the upper left corner of the cover (see pics). The original vintage inner is in VGC, there is a small, clean, un-repaired split at bottom approx 2-3 inches. Outer cover is not not perfect but close given all vintage records will show some use. Spine is perfect, corners are good but not perfect.
Vinyl:
NM- No spindle wear, no audible scratches or pops. No marks around spindle, may be unplayed. Very glossy, flat and round. Not handled or played often. Sounds great and not opened or handled much, if at all.
No promo stamp I could find, but appears to be a white label promo or first press of this LP.
Condition is subjective, please spend a moment or two to zoom in and decide for yourself if this is a record you wish to invest in. To truly enjoy this record get an original copy, original mix and in a condition that does not compromise the sonics and provides full range sound.
None of my records have been machine cleaned, I prefer not to do so. All may benefit from such a clean, I just prefer to use light brushing to clean my LP's.
Also, unless specified, none of my record covers are sleeves have been repaired, I would rather you get the LP in original condition and decide if you wish to fix a minor seam split or not. You will not get records from me that have been clumsily pasted or taped together and passed of as near mint.
See feedback, I have sold 100's of rare and exceptional records, many valued in the 100's of dollars, with happy customers all. I have also sold a few records in excess of $500 (up to $900), and vintage audio pieces in excess of $4000, with no issues.
If you have questions please ask prior to bidding or buying.
3.99 SHIPPING TO US (lower 48) in professional slim record box, not in an envelope via media mail. Each box costs me $1, I do not skimp on shipping records.
I will ship worldwide - send a question for a quote. Worldwide shipping is not free. Shipping is $18 to Europe and Asia. I will require tracking, which is why the cost is a little more than usual. I sell to only select international buyers and countries at my discretion.
