On offer here is a MASSIVELY rare EP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Muddy Waters called "Mississippi Blues" and is a UK 1956 1st London Pressing.  THIS IS SIMPLY A MASSIVELY RARE EP!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE EARLIEST AND MOST DEFINITIVE EXAMPLES OF REALLY EARLY RHYTHM & BLUES MUSIC AND IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THIS IS A MEGA RARE 1956 FIRST PRESSING WITH A TRI CENTRED 'GOLD WRITING' LONDON LABEL, AND A FLIPBACK COVER!!!!  HOWEVER WHAT IS EVEN RARER IS THE BRILLIANT CONDITION OF THIS EP!!!! IT IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION - AND IT WOULD BE VERY VERY HARD TO FIND BETTER THAN THIS!!!!  IT IS VERY UNLIKELY THAT YOU WILL EVER GET ANOTHER CHANCE TO OWN THIS EP IN THIS CONDITION AGAIN - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS EXTREMELY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  The Cat. No is RE-U 1060 on the GOLD 'Tri' Centred 1st Press London label (see picture) and is a UK 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Muddy Waters at his best!!!! Any fan of Muddy Waters, or 50s/60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and only a few light spindle marks!!!! THIS RECORD HAS CLEARLY ALWAYS BEEN WELL LOOKED AFTER AND VERY CAREFULLY PLAYED!!!!  The vinyl is in brilliant condition!!!!  Most of these EPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only a few light NON sounding hairlines, a couple of small surface marks and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is great to find that the playing of the record is STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle AT ALL (only MEGA low level crackle in places - but EXTREMELY low level)!!!! The only sound fault is a brief and again quite low level sound right at the beginning of Side 2 - though this is NOT as bad as a pop - just a brief relatively low level sound for a few revolutions.  The record must grade Very Good+ if not better - and it is VERY hard to find this EP in this condition - most are totally trashed!!!! WHAT A SUPERB AND EXTREMELY RARE RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The FLIPBACK 1st Press FULLY LAMINATED Sleeve is in STUNNING condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), barely ANY creases AT ALL, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the laminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness and only some typical slight yellowing!!!! There is NO rips, NO tears, NO staining and the laminate is wonderfully shiny!!!! The Cover must easily grade Very Good++++ if not better - and is really incredibly well preserved!!!!  DONT MISS OUT ON THIS EXTREMELY RARE EP!!!! IT WILL SURELY BE A VERY LONG TIME BEFORE YOU EVER FIND ANOTHER 1956 1ST PRESSING OF THIS EP LIKE THIS AGAIN!!!!
