Original First Pressing Record Cut and pressed by Robert Ludwig from 1969
"RL" in the deadwax on both sides!

“RL” initialed in the deadwax/trailoff stampers on both sides! Deadwax on Side Two is the holy grail with the "thin" deadwax original pressing, which means as much of the playing vinyl (and thus minimal deadwax) was used to keep the sonics at as maximum a level as possible! Robert Ludwig mastered vinyl!!! Original early pressing of the superb and widely acclaimed Robert Ludwig pressed and cut LP edition of II.
Stamper numbers/letters in the trail-off vinyl deadwax are as follows:
Side One: ST-A-691671-A AT M 'RL"
Side Two: ST-A-691672-A AT M "RL SS"
Vinyl is in clean Vg (side one)VG+ (side two) condition and still has great sheen and looks almost new. Side One is graded VG because has a visible surface scratch that is audible in the lighter passages in track #2 otherwise only a few light surface scratches and plays beautifully. . Side Two is clean and beautiful with just the most minor scuffs and hairlines. No deep scratches and the entire record plays all the way through without any issues and sounds fabulous! This thing sounds awesome Perfect Atlantic green/white and red labels are stamped (ST-A-691671PR) and (ST-A-691672PR) and are still super clean free of any spindle marks.
Gatefold cover is still in excellent shape. Spine is intact and solid and there is only some very minor fraying/feathering on the spine edges. Corners show some wear and feathering. Top and bottom seams have very light feathering/fraying. The Inner part of the gatefold is in excellent clean condition. No seam splits.
