LED ZEPPELIN II ROBERT LUDWIG HOT MIX RL SS
Monarch first pressing RL and SS etched both sides. Many say the Monarch RL pressing with Sterling Sound both sides is the hottest, best pressing of all Ludwig versions and this does play VERY LOUD.
Vinyl has a pretty severe edge warp, otherwise it did play Very Good on my setup. If your TT setup does not track warped records well then this may not be for you. Your cartridge must be very carefully lowered onto side one of the vinyl lead in because the warp is higher than the stylus. Side two the warp is not nearly that bad. Just as the last track ended on side two there may be a skip.
The 50+ year old record plays very strong. Some surface ticks or pops and crackle heard in some quieter sections, and between tracks. Just when the last track ended on side two there may be a skip.
Cover is Very Good- due to many spots staining inside of gatefold and outside has overall age color and edge wear.
