Description
Kate Bush is one of the most eclectic and wonderful singers and songwriters of our era and needs to be celebrated and that's why I'm listing several of her LP's for Auction. This double vinyl LP is called The Red Shoes and is the seventh studio album by English musician Kate Bush. Released in 1993, it was accompanied by Bush's short film, The Line, the Cross and the Curve, and was her last album before a 12-year hiatus. The Red Shoes was inspired by the 1948 film of the same name by Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger, which itself was inspired by the fairy tale of the same name by Hans Christian Andersen. It concerns a dancer, possessed by her art, who cannot take off the eponymous shoes and find peace. Great songs featured on here are "Rubberband Girl", "And So Is Love" , "Eat the Music" , "Moments of Pleasure" , "The Red Shoes" and "Big Stripey Lie" !
The Cover is in Very Good Plus condition(small tear on cover that's been repaired, see pictures), The vinyl is in Excellent Condition condition(few tiny light scuffs, but no scratches), there's a misprint on side 1 label.
