Thank you for checking out my listing. I am new to EBAY and I hope to bring a lot of cool and collectible items for people to enjoy. Its my desire to bring you really cool items you will love while having a seamless transaction.  In the meantime I am sure there will be some growing pains as I learn the ins and outs of this wonderful site, Please bare with me. If I make a mistake bring it to my attention. If you are not happy with a product you purchased again give me the opportunity to make it so you are happy. Do remember though I have a full time job, and while I treat EBAY with the same respect, I can only do so many things at one time. It may take me a day to reply, I usually get back to you same day, so please have a little patience. I will try my best to make your purchase a great one.
Payment on any winning bid or purchase is expected within 3 days. I will send you a reminder on the 4th to pay that day and after that I unfortunately have to open an unpaid case claim. If for any reason you need more time to pay then let me know, otherwise I have to assume you will not honor your commitment.
As far as returns are concerned if an item states no returns accepted or sold as is, well that is there for a reason. The item cannot be guaranteed to work, or is broken to begin with or is missing parts, etc etc. Do understand that sold as is means just that. Look at the pictures and my description and bid or buy accordingly. Same goes for an item with no return stated. Please bid or buy accordingly. I am not trying to deceive anyone, but you cannot  buy a vehicle that is listed for sale without a motor and expect it to run!!  WATCH RETURNS:  Vintage Watches if serviced will have a warranty with them usually 30-180 days. It will be stated in the ad. If the watch stops working during the period it is warranted for we will fix it. Labor is covered, parts are not and will be your responsibility. We are only responsible for labor. Even though we service a 65 year old watch, and replace what needs to be replaced at that time, we cannot foretell the future..And we cant be responsible for a part failing on a 65 yr old watch. Also watches to be returned cannot be worn. Any signs of wear or damage will void any return. Returns cannot be made due to owner error. What I mean by that is that if you overwind the watch and break the spring or who knows what, we cannot take it back or fix it without charging you. Wind it gently and not all the way. Waterproof and water resistant watches that are vintage or antique are very seldom that. Over time the steel used to make the watch expands contracts rubs etc. That causes gaps in between the back of the watch case and the rest of the case. SO DO NOT SHOWER OR GET VINTAGE WATCHES WET.  For items with a 14 day return policy you must contact me within 3 days with any issues. I will accept the item back and upon inspection and confirmation that there is no damage or alterations I will refund your money. Item(s) returned must be in  the same exact condition as when they left my hands in order for return to be valid. If it is a vintage watch with a warranty then it will be repaired and mailed back to you. Otherwise a refund will be issued for all other items unless an exchange or credit is agreed upon. If for any reason I have not listed an issue with an item I sold I will take it back and refund your money. I am human and I will on occasion screw up.
Shipping prices and times are dependent on many things.  I try to ship as quickly as possible and I print labels as soon as I get confirmation of payment. Again please understand once I drop off a package to the Post Office or UPS or FED-EX I have no control over shipping time. Its out of my hands. If you pay for next day air but dont pay  until  4 pm while the cutoff time is 5pm chances are you will not be receiving the item on time. If I miss the cutoff and I charge you for next day delivery then you shall receive a refund.  Anything over 100 dollars will be insured no exceptions.  Tracking is provided with all orders. Please be patient as the tracking does not always show up right away. If the package is lost you are protected via ebay and I will try to remedy the situation to the best of my ability.
