I have researched this album, and it appears that there has NEVER been a sealed copy up for sale on e-bay, at least in the last 4 years. And only a handful of open copies have come up.

Now that is the definition of RARE!

There is very little info on the jacket, but I believe that it was issued sometime in the mid-1980's, probably in the U.S. 

 This album has been packed away (stored vertically) in a non-smoking home. It looks pretty much like it did 30 years ago, and is in beautiful condition with no splits, promo holes or tears. The shrink wrap is completely intact with no rips, tears or stickers.
