Description
- John Denver released his first compilation "John Denver's Greatest Hits" in November 1973 on RCA Records. It became his best selling album and went to No. 1 on the charts selling more than 10 million copies worldwide. It includes "Rocky Mountain High" and "Take Me Home, Country Roads" as well as "Sunshine On My Shoulders" which was released as a single and also hit No. 1.
- This copy of (CPL1-0374) is from the First Pressing and is in excellent condition. The cover still has its original Factory Shrink Wrap and is only downgraded to VG+ from Near-Mint because of tape with some writing on the back cover. Please see the pictures. The disc test plays cleanly and is easily VG+ which is as high as I go on vintage vinyl. This copy was pressed at the RCA Records plant in Indianapolis. The Side One dead wax is stamped CPL1-0374A-4 1 A8.
- In addition to its original packaging and Inner Sleeve, this album will come with a high quality Anti-Static Round Bottom Inner Sleeve and a sturdy 3 mil. polyethylene Archival Quality Outer Sleeve. It will ship to you in the special corrugated Album Mailer seen in the last picture.
