By exceeding his own vertiginously high artistic goals, Bonamassa is bound to shatter all other expectations with this record and reach new audiences-no mean feat when you continue his astonishing track record of hits now includes 15 #1 Billboard Blues Albums (more than any other artist in history). 2014's Different Shades of Blue debuted at #8 on Billboard s Top 200 Chart, making it his highest charting album, his first top 10 and accounting for his biggest sales week ever. In 2014, the guitarist received his first-ever Grammy nomination (for Best Blues Album) for the album Seesaw, his second collaboration with blues singing star Beth Hart, and was named 2014's Billboard Blues Artist of the Year.  YOU & ME.    You And Me (featuring Jason Bonham on drums) marks the debut collaboration of Bonamassa and producer Kevin Shirley and is a powerful fusion of big rock and swampy blues, You And Me gets much of its inspiration from such masters as Peter Green, Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton and John Lee Hooker. Bonamassa delivers all the excitement and power of his electrifying live performances while mixing it up with dynamic music choices; from hard to soft, electric to acoustic, a music roller coaster - and just as fun!    "This is the CD I’ve had head in my head for a while. With You & Me, we are trying something different, trying to extend the boundaries of traditional blues. In essence, we wanted to do our part in helping to redefine the sound of modern blues music." - Joe Bonamassa.    AN ACOUSTIC EVENING AT THE VIENNA OPERA HOUSE.    As Joe Bonamassa grows his reputation as one of the world's greatest guitar players, he is also evolving into a charismatic blues-rock star and singer-songwriter of stylistic depth and emotional resonance. His ability to connect with live concert audiences is transformational, and 2013's An Acoustic Evening at the Vienna Opera House wonderfully captures the magnetism and maturity Bonamassa consistently showcases as an artist.   An Acoustic Evening at the Vienna Opera House was recorded at the historic Vienna Opera House in July 2012 during a very special two-week long unplugged tour, played to a limited audience over seven exclusive European shows. Varying from his predominantly electric blues shows, this presentation was an all-acoustic concert performance, making it a unique and very special show fans had been waiting years to experience.    DIFFERENT SHADES OF BLUE.    2014's Different Shades Of Blue marked Grammy-nominated guitar superstar Joe Bonamassa's first studio album in two years and the first album of his career to feature all original material. The result is a record with more of an experimental edge than previous Bonamassa records. It's a blues record that explores the outer reaches and the many different sounds that shape the genre.   "It's been a while since I've been involved in the writing on an entire album. So I decided I wanted to make a completely original blues album," said Bonamassa. "I've really had to push myself to make everything I do better than the last project. I know the fans expect it. And I feel like I owe it to the fans to give them an original record after all these years."    DRIVING TOWARDS THE DAYLIGHT.  Recorded at Studio At The Palms in Las Vegas, NV, The Village Recorder in Los Angeles, CA and The Cave in Malibu, CA, 2012's Driving Towards The Daylight is a balanced back-to-basics album that highlights blues-rock guitar hero and singer-songwriter Joe Bonamassa's signature style of roots blues with rock-and-roll guts, while honoring the traditions of the original blues musicians.  "We've taken some really traditional old blues songs – the Howlin' Wolf song ‘Who's Been Talkin'?' and the Robert Johnson song ‘Stones In My Passway,' and we've tried to imagine how they would do them in a rock context," said longtime producer Kevin Shirley. "It's a very exciting return to the blues in a very visceral way. It's vibrant and it's gutsy and it's really, really rugged."
