I'm no Hendrix pressings expert, but I believe this is the 1970 issue, (feel free to correct me if you know
better),with white inner sleeve text, hendrix picture to the left as you open the gatefold, matrix and
stampers as follows:
61300 (TWO NUMBERS CROSSED OUT) 8 A//1 1 8 7 / 6130008 B 2 420 1 2 8
613009 B//2 420 1 1 1 2 / 613009 A 2 420 1 1 7
The front and back covers are clean, a few light creases, a little wear to the spine and extreme corners, but
generally clean.The inner gatefold is clean and uncreased. All labels show spindle trails, a few side
B, one side C, a few sides A & D, so played a few times. The vinyl surfaces are really nice, hardly a hairline
to be seen on all four, not mint, but very clean. I'm playing it as I write, and have noticed very little to
distract from the music, no persistant background, hiss, pops, crackle etc, bright clear sound, remarkably
so, barely a tick to be heard.
