Thank you for your interest in my sale items.   

You are buying a RARE AUST ONLY OOP 7" 45rpm vinyl record in a picture sleeve. 

Signed on the front cover by JIM KEAYS meaning this is now a rare collectable item.

The actual single has been in my collection since it was originally released however Jim's signature was obtained at a concert by "Cotton, Keays & Morris" at Castle Hill RSL on the 15th August 2003.  The signature is definitely authentic. 

See the scanned copy of the ticket for further information - it has faded but you can still make out the details.

"PSYCHOTIC REACTION" b/w "BATES MOTEL" by JIM KEAYS [MASTERS APPRENTICES] BOTH ARE NON ALBUM TRACKS.

Released in 1987.

Track selection is:-

A-Side. "Psychotic Reaction" (Elner/Chaney/Atkinson/Byrne/Michalski).

B-Side. "Bates Motel" (Keays).  Both songs are non album tracks.

The record was released by Virgin Records Australia.

Catalogue number VOZ 021.

Vinyl record is in M- condition. 

Picture cover is in M- condition. 

Labels are nice and clean, black lettering on a green/red background.
