On the STAX RECORDS  label. The record number is: STS-2045 stereo The cover in excellent condition with NO split seams or ring wear! There is a cut corner in the lower right corner and 2 tiny pen marks on the back The labels are exceptional with no writing or wear... minimal spindle wear! I play graded this record... it is in VG++ to Near Mint condition... a wonderful and very enjoyable play Folks, these old rare albums are getting impossible to find anymore in this condition... don't snooze on this!  A TOP COPY! This record came from the personal record collection of famed Chicago DJ...
